What Is Included In The Price?

Prices includes delivery, installation, and removal of your Yard Signs for a rental time of 48 or 72 hours. The description of what items are included with your rental of the signs are explained in the product listing. When Ordering, please specify the information required to complete the order with Event Date and Location. Certain orders require further information such as Names, Years, Ages, Gender, Colors, and School Names. You will receive an email purchase receipt.  All orders are confirmed. We will email you within 24-48 hours to confirm your order by email.  Please reply to this email.  You will be contact if there is any additional information we will need.

Where Do You Deliver?

 

A – Z Sign Design proudly serves portions of Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey.

 

Service Areas in PA:

At this time, we are not accepting any orders from Philadelphia or Montgomery Counties.  If your area is not listed, feel free to contact us prior to ordering and we may be able to accommodate you for an additional $25 fee.

You WILL BE CHARGED a $5.00 processing fee for all orders needing to be cancelled and refunded for outside our service area.

Is There A Delivery Charge?

 

We provide FREE Local Delivery from our location in Lower Bucks County, PA. to the zip codes listed above.

 

Delivery to cities outside this area have a $25.00 Delivery Fee.  Please contact us if your area is not listed as we may be able to accommodate you. 

 

Where Will You Place The Signs In The Yard?

We use our best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility and a pleasing backdrop for photographs. If there is a specific spot you would like for the signs to be placed, please notify us when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I Place A Special Order?

Yes! We accept special, customized, and / or personalized orders.  We prefer a minimum of 7-14 days prior to your event. The more time between the order and the event date the better. If your Event is sooner than 7-14 days, please email or message us and we may be able to accommodate your request.  We also work on creating custom phrases and décor to fit your event. Contact us with your ideas and we will be happy to help make your concept come to life!

Additional Information:

Our signs must be set up in the grass.  You must have a yard to rent our signs.  Happy Birthday is approximately 20 feet wide.  Our signs are large.  We do not accept orders for Trailers or Condos.  If you do not live in a Single Family Home (Town House or Duplex), please make sure you have enough space to fit our signs.  If you are unsure, email or message us.  We will be happy to look at your yard size and determine if they will fit.  If you place your order without contact us and we arrive to set up and our signs do not fit, we will do our best.  You will not receive a reimbursement or credit if our signs do not fit.

How Long Is The Rental Period and Is It Flexible?

Our Yard Signs are available for approximately 48 Hours Rentals.  We set up after 7pm the night before the event.  We return after 7pm the night after the event.  We text you on our wat to help with a surprise and also send a photo once complete. 

 

Rental times can be extended to 72 Hours for an additional fee at time of order.  This product extension is located on our Add On Section of the Shop.  Contact Us prior to placing your sign order for rental beyond 72 Hours or if you have a specific set up time request.  

How Far In Advance Should I Place My Order?

Our Signs are limited and rented on a first come, first serve basis. Please order early to ensure availability. For personalized signs such as names, please order at a minimum of 5-7 days prior to your event. If your Event is sooner than 5-7 days, please email or message us and we may be able to accommodate your request.  We are happy to take orders 6 months prior to your celebration.  We also are happy to accept last minute orders, as long as we have the stock.

Will The Signs Damage My Yard?

The signs will not damage your yard.  If anything, they may give you some free aeration!  The yard signs are displayed on small wire stakes which barely make a mark in your yard.  We work diligently to make sure your lawn will not be damaged.

What Time And Days Do You Deliver?

We deliver and decorate 7 days a week.

We set up AFTER 7pm the night before the event. We will work closely with you to bring a beautiful surprise to your yard and make your event extra special!  

 

Please let us know if there is a specific window of time in which you would like the delivery to take place prior to the setup day, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

If The Sign Is A Gift, How Will The Recipient Know Who Sent It?

Please indicate your rental is a gift upon ordering.  When a display is rented as a gift, a Birthday Card can be purchased with your order and will be left on the front door of the recipient's home. This will let them know who sent it.  We do appreciate after the surprise, you let them know how the rental works, along with our policies and terms  / conditions.

How Do I Know If My Day Is Available?

Your Event Date and Location are required to be entered when the signs are added to your cart. You may contact us by Email or Facebook Messenger prior to placing your order and we can let you know if your date is available. Once your order is received, a confirmation email will be sent within 24-48 hours. If your dates / signs are unavailable, you will be contacted to see if a different sign could be substituted or your dates could be adjusted. 

What If You Are Booked On The Day I Would Like To Purchase A Sign Rental?

We will do our best to accommodate all your requests, however we can only fulfill orders when we have the available inventory. We recommend scheduling your signs approximately 14 days prior to the event. You can schedule your sign rentals as far as 6 months prior to event date. We do accept last minute orders.  Last minute bookings will be based on available inventory.

 

Once your order is received, a confirmation email will be sent within 24-48 hours. If your dates or signs are unavailable, you will be contacted to see if a different sign could be substituted or your dates could be adjusted.
